FUTURE PLANNING OF PROJECT

Our suggestion and improvement if we got the chance to do this event again in the future is..........

1. Run event for more days

Instead of running event on two hectic days, we suggest that event planning should be longer than 2 days or run more weeks.. Instead, especially for event that deals with children, it

is easier for organizing committee to build relationship with the children if we get more time. \

This is due to SKPK Shah Alam does not have any other free time except for 1 and 2 April only.

2. Improve communications

In order to interact more with the children, we would suggest to learn ASL sign even further because the students of SKPK Shah Alam have a limited hearing and vision compared to us. So, during the event, we need the help of the person in charge to deal with some students. However, we manage to learn some basic ASL Sign.

3. Fund raising activities

In order to conduct more programs and events, we need more funds to finance the cost

of the programs. For that, we suggest that fundraising activity need to be done earlier in

the semester. Besides that, students must be more creative and prepared some other

alternatives to ensure the fundraising activity is successful.
